Small group classes
After your initial one on one session with one of our OnPoint Exercise Physiologists, you can access our small, friendly, supervised group classes. These classes utilise a range of equipment from dumbbells to pulley systems. Each client is instructed to perform exercises that are specific to their needs, rather than a generic demonstration based class. This means quicker results for you.
Health fund payment options are available (per health fund) with class participants between 2-6 people per session.
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are registered with Medicare and currently attend to DVA clients, (CDM) Chronic Disease Management Care Plans (Medicare), Diabetes Type II group classes, WorkCover programs as well as general private clientele.
OnPoint Exercise Physiology has helped thousands of everyday people on the Gold Coast, and more specifically, Ashmore, Molendinar, Southport, Nerang and Carrara, jump back into life!
