What can you expect from your first appointment?

As there are some forms to fill out before your first appointment try to arrive 5-10mins early. On most days we run very close to time.

Your OnPoint Personal Trainer will:

  • Sit with youto set realistic goals
  • Tailor a programthat is specific to these goals, with short term milestones to instil a sense of achievement
  • Conduct fitness tests
  • Provide you with adiary to complete your activity
  • Provide advice regardingnutrition and the importance of rest and activity balance

At OnPoint we realise that exercising in a group setting is not everyone’s piece of cake, so we’ve come up with the following options:

  • Home exercise program with regular monitoring
  • Small exercise classes (between 2-6 people) aimed at core strength, flexibility, weight loss and toning
  • One on one or semi-private training sessions (perfect for friends and partners)

OnPoint Personal Training is a safe and fun way to achieve your physical health goals. Your sessions can also be claimed on private health insurance with extras cover.
